1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the adclearanceapps wallet software ("Service"), operated by adclearanceapps LLC ("adclearanceapps", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Non-custodial nature of the Service
adclearanceapps is a non-custodial wallet. We do not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, recovery phrases, or digital assets at any time. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your own key material.
3. No recovery of lost credentials
Because adclearanceapps never has access to your private keys or recovery phrase, we cannot restore access to your wallet if you lose them. There is no "forgot password" process for your funds.
4. Assumption of risk
Digital assets are volatile and transactions on public blockchains are irreversible. You acknowledge these risks and agree that adclearanceapps is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, user error, or third-party actions.
5. Compliance
adclearanceapps LLC intends to operate in accordance with applicable U.S. financial regulations. See our Compliance page for current registration status.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or evasion of sanctions.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
